Nothando Ndebele is a senior financial-services executive with more than 25 years of experience across African and international markets. Her career spans consumer lending, capital markets, corporate finance, investment research, portfolio management and ESG strategy.
She has held senior leadership roles in investment banking, equity research and financial services, including leadership of financial-institutions coverage and African capital-markets activity. Her work has involved advising and assessing financial institutions, engaging investors and lenders, and helping organizations connect strategy with the requirements of capital providers.
Nothando combines an investor’s perspective with operational and board-level experience. She understands how governance, financial discipline, risk management and a credible growth narrative shape financing decisions. This enables her to help leadership teams focus on the evidence, structures and choices that make a business easier to assess and finance.
